This kit contains polyclonal secondary antibodies that target mouse, rabbit, and rat IgG coupled to standard DNA-PAINT sites/sequences. Each antibody is conjugated to multiple (3-4) DNA strands and several antibodies can bind a single primary antibody, providing strong signal amplification of your target.
Secondary antibodies that bind other species are available upon request under “Custom Conjugation”.
